Who can use KartLap

• Anyone 13 or over can create a profile with a parent or guardian’s permission if under 18.
• Racers under 13 can have a profile only when a parent or guardian sets it up and gives consent during onboarding.
• One profile per racer. Parents can manage a child’s profile from the child’s login.

Your account

Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

Lap times and fair play

KartLap runs on trust. Only log times you actually set. Self-submitted times are marked as such, times with a timing-screen photo are marked verified, and we may remove times that look wrong or move them off the verified board. Repeatedly logging false times can get a profile suspended.

Community rules

KartLap is a place for young racers, so the bar is high. Do not post anything that is:

• Bullying, abusive, threatening or discriminatory.
• Sexual, violent or otherwise unsuitable for children.
• Someone else’s personal information, or a photo of another person without their permission.
• Spam, advertising or links to other services.

We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice if we need to protect other users.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to show it in the app, in share cards you create, and in leaderboards and feeds, so that KartLap can work. Championship standings shown in KartLap are imported from results published by the series organisers and belong to them.

Pro subscription

• Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown in the app. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part months unless the law requires it.
• Under-18s need a parent or guardian to subscribe.
• If we change the price we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.

What we promise and what we do not

We work hard to keep KartLap available and accurate, but it is provided as is. Lap times, leaderboards and imported standings can contain mistakes. KartLap is not affiliated with any track, series or governing body unless we say so. We are not responsible for anything that happens on track.

To the extent the law allows, React Fan Engagement, part of Visual Edge Media Ltd is not liable for indirect losses from using KartLap. Nothing here limits our liability for anything the law says cannot be limited.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever close KartLap we will give you notice and a way to export your data.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we change them in a way that matters we will tell you in the app or by email first. Questions: hello@kartlap.uk.
